Cincinnati, Ohio offers a wide variety of activities and sites for tourist coming to visit. Since my husband is a huge Reds fan we end up in Cincinnati at least twice a year. Here is my top five favorite sites and activites to do there.
5. If you live in the Midwest, you are more than likely well aware that we get our fair share of snow but do not have many places to sled and ski or do outdoor recreational activities in the winter. Perfect North Slopes is right outside of Cincinnati and offers skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing. The campus is very spread out and has a variety of difficulty levels for small children to experienced skiers. Perfect North Slopes also offers a gift shop and food shack. This is a great place for a day trip with family or date.

4. Findlay Market is a bustling area close to the Great American Ball Park. This market is deep in the hostoric distric of Cincinatti. The market offers coffee, crafts, fresh meats, a variety of ethnic foods cooked and non cooked. They also sell fresh flowers and many artisan items locally made. On the weekends they are known for having more merchants than normal with extra booths set up on the street as well as street performers. Just walking distance of the market are also several restaurants and shops as well as parking and public restrooms.

3. Coney Island this water and amusement park was once upon a time a giant apple orchard and is now the hub for weekend getaways. In addition to its hit water rides that draws crowds every summer it is also home to an outdoor ampitheater. The outdoor ampitheater host outdoor concerts, and laser shows. The current grounds are under construction to build a much bigger music venue and entertainment campus. The future of the water park at this point is uncertain.

2. The American Sign Museum, this museum highlights 100 years of history dedicated to mostly neon signs and a variety of print art work. One sections of the museum is called Main Street and is a recreation of many storefronts with their original signs. This museum is great for all ages and photographs well.

- The Great American Ball Park home of the Cincinnati Reds and sits just off the Ohio river. This stadium is a must stop for all baseball lovers. Like every MLB stadium it offers not only one of a kind baseball experience it also has a variety of gift shops and concession stands.
